151 Media Solutions LLC ("151 Media", "we") operates this website. Contact us at [email protected] or P.O. Box 162, Middletown, CT 06457.

Personal data we collect

  • Information you give us. When you submit a form: name, email, company, website, monthly ad spend range, topic and message.
  • Device and usage information. Through cookies, pixels and similar tools loaded by Google Tag Manager: pages viewed, referring site, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, and identifiers set by cookies.
  • Correspondence. Emails and call notes when you contact us.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive data (such as health, precise geolocation, financial account or government ID information) through this website.

How we use it

  • To reply to you and prepare an audit, proposal or service you asked for.
  • To measure and improve the website (analytics).
  • To advertise our services, including showing ads to people who visited this site on other websites (targeted advertising), and to measure those ads.
  • To keep the site secure and comply with the law.

We do not collect, use or sell personal data to train large language models.

Who we share it with

  • Service providers (processors) that host and secure the website (including privacy-focused performance analytics from our network provider that does not use cookies), process form submissions, and provide email and business tools, acting on our instructions.
  • Analytics and advertising partners, such as Google, through tags loaded by Google Tag Manager.
  • Authorities or advisers when required by law or to protect our rights.

Targeted advertising and "sale"

Allowing advertising partners to collect information through cookies on this site may be considered targeted advertising or a "sale" of personal data under the Connecticut Data Privacy Act and similar state laws. We do not sell personal data for money. You can opt out at any time:

  • Select Your Privacy Choices (at the bottom of every page) and turn off targeted advertising, or choose Opt out of targeted ads on the notice.
  • Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser. We treat it as a valid opt-out of targeted advertising and sale for that browser.
  • Email us at [email protected] with the subject "Opt out".

Cookie-based choices apply to the browser and device you use. We do not knowingly process the personal data of anyone under 18 for targeted advertising or sell it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including Connecticut, you have the right to:

  • Confirm whether we process your personal data and access it, including any inferences we hold
  • Correct inaccuracies
  • Delete personal data
  • Get a portable copy of your data
  • Get a list of the third parties we have sold personal data to, if any
  • Opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects (we do not perform such profiling)

To make a request, email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy request". We may need to verify your identity, and you may use an authorized agent. We respond within 45 days, which we may extend once by another 45 days when reasonably necessary; we'll tell you if we do. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Appeals

If we decline your request, you can appeal by emailing [email protected] with the subject "Privacy appeal" within a reasonable time. We respond in writing within 60 days of receiving your appeal and explain our decision. If we deny your appeal, you may contact the Connecticut Attorney General at portal.ct.gov/ag.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary storage to run the site and remember your privacy choices, and, unless you opt out, analytics and advertising cookies set through Google Tag Manager. You can change your choices any time with Your Privacy Choices or by clearing cookies in your browser.

Client account data

When a client grants us access to ad, analytics or CRM accounts, we use that access only to deliver the agreed work. Accounts a client brings remain the client's property, and clients may request an export of their data at any time.

Retention and security

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and protect it with reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards.

Changes

We'll post any changes here and update the effective date. If changes are material, we'll make that clear on this page.

Your privacy choices

Choose how we use cookies and similar tools on this site. Your choices are saved in this browser.

Strictly necessary

Keeps the site working and secure, and remembers these choices. Always on.

Always on

Measures visits and how pages perform, so we can improve the site.

Lets advertising partners such as Google use cookies and device identifiers to show you ads on other sites and to measure them. Under Connecticut law this can count as targeted advertising or a sale. Turn it off to opt out.
